The closest airport to Fethiye is located in 35 km near the town of Dalaman and has the same name – Dalaman Airport (DLM). It has two terminals - domestic and international. Visas

Customs and quarantine
Turkey’s customs laws prevent you from bringing drugs, firearms and military ammunitions, pharmaceuticals (excluding those for personal use), meat and dairy products and radioactive substances into Turkey. There is no limit on imported currency but you will need to declare large amounts (more than 3000 GBP or equivalent). Pets and dogs require a good health certificate; they may enter as passenger's checked baggage, in the cabin or as cargo. Medications
Medications brought into Turkey for personal use is subject for free import. Pharmaceuticals for other reasons (non-personal use) are prohibited for import.
Vaccinations
You do not require vaccinations to be able to enter Turkey.
Insurance
Taking out a travel insurance policy that covers theft, loss, accidents and medical problems is highly recommended. If you plan on doing any adventure sports like scuba diving, paragliding, speed boating and even trekking, check that your policy fully covers you. Medical insurance is highly advised because healthcare is expensive in Turkey.
Duty Free shopping
After you shopped duty free prior to boarding the plane at the departure airport, you are also allowed to buy duty free goods after arriving in Dalaman. The restrictions at Dalaman duty free shops are valid for both inbound and outbound. Restrictions for the items purchased before your arrival to Turkey (you must be over 18 years old) - 200 cigarettes plus 10 cigars plus 200 grams of tobacco to include cigarette papers; or 200 grams of pipe tobacco or 50 grams of snuff or 200 grams of chewing tobacco; 1 x 1 liter bottle of wines or spirits; or 2 x 70 cl bottle of wines or spirits ; 5 bottles of perfume not exceeding 120 ml each; personal gifts to the maximum value of €300 and €145 for those under 15; coffee beans (1kg); instant coffee (1kg); tea (500g); chocolate (1kg). Restrictions for items purchased at duty free arrival stores (you must be over 18 years old) - 400 cigarettes, 100 cigars and 500 grams of pipe tobacco, 1 liter of spirits at the duty free arrivals store.

Fethiye climate
Fethiye climate is very mild; winter is fairly conventional and even night-time temperatures are usually above freezing. Summer holiday weather in Fethiye is perfect for relaxed beach holidays.
